Seasoned with pepper and seasoned salt. Finished with our house made glaze. Sold in 1/2 and full rack.
Pulled Pork
We married Texas and Carolina styles. Seasoned with pepper and seasoned salt, finished with a vinegar based glaze. Sold in 1/3lb increments.
Chicken Quarters
Cooked over direct heat on the Smokeslinger with cherry wood. Seasoned with pepper and seasoned salt and finished with our house made glaze.
